This delightful little shed is located on a farm near Crookwell, NSW

When we first came across it, it was in a very sad state of decay, with the door missing, many of the wall boards were missing and the main window busted in.

Our client asked that we not only repair the damage and restore the shed to its former glory but also pour a concrete slab under it so the shed was sitting level and on a proper slab.

Wow, now that was a big ask, given the state of it but as you can see, Country Tradies did it and the results speak for themselves.

Lovely shed, great result – happy Client

If your thinking of some renovations – Think Country Tradies & Construction

The roof was re-screwed and the flashing replaced.

We managed to keep the existing guttering, which now feeds the 5K tank behind the shed with rain water.

In not such a good state of repair,
Note: The guttering on the ground, no flashing, no door ………

As you can see things were in bit of a disarray but hay that’s what we do
Love a challenge !

In order to pour the slab under the shed, We first braced the inside of the shed with 90*65 timbers and then we jacked the shed up 600mm and installed outrigger pads using old red bricks we found on site.

Worked a treat  🙂

Although the ants weren’t to happy.

We removed a number of broken wall boards so we could get the shutes from the concrete truck into position to pour the floor.

Nice slab, great result

Country Tradies & Construction did it again
