Terms of Trade
1 – All goods & services supplied by Country Tradies & Construction shall remain within the full ownership of Country Tradies & Construction until such time as full payment for the goods and services is received by Country Tradies & Construction ABN 3131386642.
2 – Any goods returned by the client shall incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
3 – Any goods supplied by Country Tradies & Construction that are special ordered for the client shall not be returnable.
4 – All goods supplied by Country Tradies & Construction shall be warranted by Country Tradies & Construction as per the manufactures warranty.
5 – All credit accounts provided by Country Tradies & Construction to clients shall be due and payable within fourteen (14) days from receipt of invoice.
6 – Any quotation or offer provided by Country Tradies & Construction is made in good faith and remains valid for 30 days from date of offer, however all quotations on materials, rates of freight, plant hire, specialist services and the like are subject to rise and fall. Any additional costs resulting from a change in price of materials, rates of freight, plant hire, specialist services that may be incurred by Country Tradies & Construction shall be passed on to the client.
7 – Any information, data, construction details, design details and the like provide to Country Tradies & Construction by clients and used in the formulation of any quotation or offer is received by Country Tradies & Construction in good faith. Any change in this information that results in additional costs incurred by Country Tradies & Construction shall be passed on to the client.
