At Appin North Corollary we were tasked by our clients RE McMahon & Ixom Australia to install a 1 million liter per day water treatment plant. The source water was mines water- the expected outfall was Appin Creek, with the possibility of being re-diverted down stream to the mine activities.

A complex job with multiple 42Kl poly tanks, Sch 80 PVC Pipe work, Poly Pipe work,  High Pressure Reverses Osmosis filter systems, High Pressure filter systems, meters & meters of cable tray, a 5 ton floc tank, shed construction etc etc.

A big job but Country Tradies & Construction took it all in our stride. A job done well, under time and on budget.

This particular treatment plant we decommissioned, dismantled and transported to site from Woodlawn Zinc & Copper Mine located near Tarago, NSW. So we started with a whole lot of bits.

Installing the auto CIP Plant & the Reverse Osmosis filter systems cable trays beginning to grow.

The floc tank support structure ready to accept the upper structure.

The plant is beginning to take shape, always a good site to see.
